Since school, I've been...
After graduation in 74 I went to Kennesaw Jr College for one qtr. In December of 74 I decided to come down to New Orleans with my dad. I worked for a little while toying with joining the USCG. I finally gave in and decided to go back to school. So I enrolled at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana where I got my BS in Industrial Management. I met my wife Joanie during college and we were married in 79. I graduated in May 80 and started working for Martin Marietta right out of school working on the Space Shuttle program. We build the big brown External Tank. Fast forward to today, Im still working on the Shuttle program but now we are Lockheed Martin Space Systems since Martin Marietta and Lockheed merged back in the 90s. Unfortunately the Shuttle Program is scheduled to be retired next year. Oh and after Hurricane Katrina, Joanie & I built a new home in Picayune, MS which is about 20 miles north of Slidell, LA where we lived for nearly 25 years.
Well that pretty much gets me caught up. |
My family:
We had our 1st of 3 daughters 3 weeks after I began working after graduation. Our 2nd & 3rd daughters were born in 82 & 84. My oldest daughter and her husband just had their 1st baby, my 2nd daughter got married in December 08 & my youngest daughter is finishing cosmetology school. |
Life experiences:

Friday night football games....and friday night football games....and friday night football games, in no special order...:) |

Work around our new home, visit with my awesome little grandson, visit with my Mom & Dad, to name a few. |
